Secure your slot with a £25 deposit.
Bookings are handled securely via our online system (Acuity Scheduling). A £25 non‑refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment and will be deducted from your final bill at the salon.
- Reschedule once with at least 12 hours’ notice — your deposit moves with you.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a £10 fee; 30+ minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
- No refunds — if something isn’t right and it is our fault, we will offer a fix.
- Please share your full hair history (relaxers, bleach, colour, previous keratin etc.) before treatments.
Important: Avoid booking keratin, Hair Botox or protein treatments if your hair was recently dyed, relaxed or bleached. If you’re unsure, our team or AI assistant can advise you.

How does the £25 deposit work?
A £25 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is paid online and then deducted from your final bill at the salon on the day of your appointment.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can reschedule once if you give at least 12 hours’ notice. Your existing deposit will move to the new appointment. If you need further changes, a new deposit will be required.
What is your late policy?
We offer a 15‑minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a £10 late fee may be added. After 30 minutes, we may need to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be lost so that we can remain fair to other clients.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. If something is not right and it is the salon’s fault, we will discuss a suitable fix and invite you back to correct the issue where possible.
Is the salon hijab‑friendly and private?
Yes. Awralla London is strictly ladies‑only, with frosted windows and a privacy‑focused layout so you can remove your hijab comfortably. We also provide prayer facilities on site.
Are keratin, Hair Botox or protein treatments suitable for my hair?
These treatments are not always suitable immediately after dyeing, relaxing or bleaching. Please share your full hair history when booking or speak to our team/AI assistant first so we can advise safely.
